  1. TKTX XL: The wholesaler of care products that uses these general terms and conditions.
  2. Customer: Any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with TKTX XL, both private and business.
  3. Agreement: Any agreement between TKTX XL and the customer regarding the purchase and delivery of products.
  4. Products: All goods that TKTX XL offers, such as TKTX creams, tubes and containers.
  5. Webshop: The online store of TKTX XL via www.tktxxl.com.
  6. Written: Correspondence by e-mail or post.
  1. These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, orders, agreements and deliveries from TKTX XL.
  2. By placing an order, the customer declares to agree to these conditions.
  3. Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.

  2. Prices are exclusive of VAT for business customers and inclusive of VAT for private individuals, unless stated otherwise.

  2. Products can only be returned if they are unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.

  3. Business customers can only return if the product was incorrectly delivered or defective.

  4. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless it concerns an error on TKTX XL’s part.

  5. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

  1. TKTX XL guarantees that the delivered products meet the legal requirements and specifications as stated on the website.
  2. The warranty does not apply if the damage is caused by misuse, incorrect storage or external factors.
  3. TKTX XL is not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential damage, lost profits or damage caused by incorrect use of the products.
  4. TKTX XL’s liability is in all cases limited to the invoice amount of the order in question.

  2. Data will only be used for order processing and customer service and will not be provided to third parties without the customer’s permission.

  1. TKTX XL is not liable for delays or shortcomings caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes or disruptions in transport and communication.
  2. In the event of force majeure, TKTX XL has the right to suspend or terminate the agreement without owing compensation.

  2. Violation of intellectual property rights can have legal consequences.

  1. Complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of the products.
